Sounds and noise are one of the hardest things to deal with during your meditation. You can shut your eyes, but not your ears. In this live recording of my weekly meditation evening, I go deeper into how to deal with noise and unwanted sounds during your meditation. You will learn how they can be less of a distraction and even help during your session.
