Meditation workshop @ Richemont Amsterdam

For their welbeing week I was invited by this nice company to do a workshop in their beautiful office building at the Herengracht. With a great group of enthousiastic young professionals we dove in to the matter of meditation in a practical way and of course with a guided meditation.
