Meditation bootcamp

Meditation boot camp is a fun and easy approach to let people experience what meditation does for them and make them enthusiastic to meditate. Twice a week for four weeks there is a session in which there is a short practical introduction with tips and tricks how to meditate and a guided group meditation. The participants experience the effect of meditation themselves and feel how it influences their daily life and especially their work in a positive way.
